A. KidsLoveKits.com is a manufacturer and distributor of scientific and education supplies for students. Currently we distribute the products of MiniScienceŽ and ChemicalStoreŽ as well as our own products.

Q. Does KidsLoveKits.com produce or sell more science kits or material than we see in this site?
A. There are more products that are now being sold locally and will soon be available in our web-site.

Q. How can we pay for our orders?
A. If you are placing your order by mail, you may send cash, certified check, money order or your credit card information for charges. Orders submitted through the Internet may only be paid by credit card.

Q. How long does it take for orders to be shipped.
A. We ask you to place your orders as early as possible and give enough time for possible delivery errors by carrier. We ship all orders in the same or the next business day. If you select UPS ground, it usually takes up to 6 business days for the package to arrive. An adult must be available to sign for the package. We also offer UPS 3 day select and UPS 2nd day air. In counting the number of days, skip the day that you place your order, as well as weekends and holidays. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Q. What is your return/ refund policy?
A. We refund full amount of purchase price for all unopened packages that is returned to us within 15 days. There will be no refund on shipping/ handling or special service charges. We must receive your returns in original packaging and in new and resalable condition. Partial credit will be offered to opened packages.
